Always hunt for 4+ matchesA plain three-match does almost nothing. Matching four makes a striped candy, an L or T makes a wrapped one, and five in a row makes a colour bomb. Special candies are how you actually clear boards.

Combine your specialsThe real power is in combos: a colour bomb plus a striped candy turns every candy of that colour striped and detonates the board. Pair specials whenever you can instead of firing them solo.

Read the objective firstJelly, ingredients, order, or score — each wants a different plan. Work toward the actual goal, not just any satisfying match.
